The Rules for the packing, stowing and carriage of the substances have been determined by the Minister in accord-ance with the Regulations. The substances in the following list are dangerous goods within the meaning of the Proclamation dated 13th June, 1961, and published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette, No. THE NAVIGATION (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS TO DANGEROUS GOODS, AND THE PACKING, STOWING AND CARRIAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS.

The Minister made such a determination on 12th October, 1965, and, a copy is enclosed for tabling as prescribed. That a copy of the determination shall be laid before each Rouse of the Parliament within fifteen sitting days of that Rouse after the making of the determination.Ģ. Regulation 4 of the Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations provides that the Minister may determine in writing requirements with which dangerous goods, and the packing, stowing and carriage of dangerous goods, shall comply.
